Bowling is a great lifetime sport.

No rainouts or other bad weather, no pesky shin splints and (best of all!) you do not have to have any previous league experience or any previous bowling experience to bowl in this league. Our league is a handicap league which means bowlers are awared additional pins based upon our average to help level the playing field for everyone.

Who, What, When, Where
The Austin Gamblers Bowling League is a mixed men and women's league held Tuesday nights. Practice begins at 8:30pm. Bowling is held at Dart Bowl, 5700 Grover Avenue, Austin. Phone (512) 452-2518.

Format
Teams consist of any mix of men or women, but will vary depending on the total number of bowlers. Format of the summer league is also based on interest. Weekly costs also varies from the fall-winter league, and should be verified with league officials. A one-time annual USBC sanction fee of $18.00 is due the first week and the weekly fee is $14.00.

Bowling Season Information
The 2006 - 2007 season is divided into two halves, 16 weeks each. The winner team from each will face each other at the end of the second half to determine a league champion.
